Waste Paper Bale Breaker Machine

Waste paper bale breaker is used in paper making line, it can break and screen the waste paper board, to remove small impurities in paper board.

 

Waste paper is conveyed by Feed conveyor into Bale breaker, and with the effect of bale breaker drum cylinder, waste paper are loosed quickly and effectively. In this process, small impurities in waste paper board like gravel, nails, batteries, plastic, wax, candy are shacked down when the drum cylinder rotating, and removed out through screen hole.

 

Waste paper board bale breaker take full consideration of  the weight, volume and tightness of waste paper bale in structure, can loose various material and norm waste paper bale.
