Single Effect Fiber Separator

Single effect fiber separator is mainly used to separate light and heavy impurities in waste paper pulp, and make the secondary breaking of the pulp from the hydrapulper. By doing this,the screen plate hole of the hydrapulper can be increased, which improves the production capacity of it.

 

The single effect fiber separator is equivalent to a combination of a horizontal hydraulic pulper and a light and heavy magazine cleaner, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, reduced energy consumption and no fiber loss.
