The headbox effect is to change pipe flow of paper pulp which is comes from upper pulp pump into even, oblong,  pulp flow  has same width with paper machine, and it has uniform longitudinal flow speed. Due to paper sheet’s evenness, uniformity depends on fiber and filter’s evenly distribution, for a successful paper making system, the design and running of headbox is quite important.
