High density cleaner is an ideal device for removing heavy impurities such as metals and sand from pulp at a higher concentration to obtain high-quality pulp. It is also an essential equipment for waste paper pulping and purification.

 

The high density cleaner uses the difference in specific gravity between fiber and impurities to separate impurities. The pulp enters the cleaner at a certain pressure through the tangent line of the feed tee and rotates at high speed. Due to the difference in centrifugal force, heavy impurities are thrown to the wall of the device and gradually move to the bottom of the cone under the action of gravity and enter the sediment tank.
