3T/12H Commodity wood pulp processing line

First, Wood pulp will be conveyed into ZDS22 Hydrapulper for pulping.

Then, to remove heavy impurities in the pulp, ZSC2 High density cleaner will be used for removing heavy impurities in pulp.

After that, ZDJ350 Claflin refiner and ZDP380 Double disc refiner will be used for cutting long fiber cutting and improving the finished pulp.

Agitator and pulp pump will be used in the Commodity pulp processing line.

 

15T/18H Waste paper deinking pulp processing line

Firstly, ZDSG5 High consistency hydrapulper will be used for separating waste paper and ink in waste paper deinking process.

Secondly, ZSC3 High density cleaner will be used for heavy impurities removal of the pulp.

Thirdly, ZDF2 Fiber separator will be used for processing tailing in the waste paper processing line.

Fourthly, ZSK2 Auto-cleaning vibrating screen is used for removing various impurities in pulp suspension.

Then, KH600 Low density cleaner is used to process heavy residual in paper pulp.

After that, ZNS0.3 Mid consistency pressure screen will be used for the screening of paper pulp.

In addition to that, ZNX5 Inclined screen will used for washing and thickening of paper pulp.  XJJ1300 Pulp washer will be used for washing and concentrating of waste recycled pulp.

Finally, ZDP450 Double disc refiner will be used for improving beating degree of paper pulp.
