Main Structure of 2200mm Small Corrugated Paper Machine

 

1. Wire Part: Formation of paper sheets on the wire: The pulp on the wire enters the wire groove at a specified concentration, contacts the rotating round wire in the wire groove, and produces a filtering and dehydration effect driven by the water level difference inside and outside the wire. The fibers then form wet paper on the web page. The wet paper layer meets the felt-covered couch roller along the rotating round wire, and after being squeezed by the couch roller, the paper layer adheres to the felt and is taken away.

2. Press Part: Natural marble roller with diameter φ550mm and roller surface width 2600mm, equipped with bearings.

3. Drying Part: In order to effectively ensure the drying capacity of the drying part, this paper machine consists of 1 set of φ2500 drying cylinders and 1 set of φ2000 drying cylinders. Each felt is equipped with a manual corrector and a manual tensioner. The drying part transmission is an open gear assembly. All drying cylinders use rolling bearings. The drying part cylinders are divided into 2 groups.

4. Reeling Part: The pressurization adopts pneumatic pressurization system, and the frame and platform are made of Q235 steel plate.
