One of our customers ordered 30t fluting paper machine from our company. The 30t fluting paper machine is 2600 type multi wire multi cylinder paper making machine for making 80-200g/㎡ fluting paper. Fluting paper machine is composed of wire part, press part, drying part and reeling part. Main structure details of each part as below.

 

Main Structure of 30t Fluting Paper Machine

 

1. Wire Part: The wire part consists of a return roll and three sets of cylinder wire. The cylinder wire part is the paper sheet forming part of the cylinder paper machine.

2. Press Part: Two main presses, the upper rollers are natural granite rollers, and the lower rollers are rubber rollers. All the pressing rollers are covered with high line pressure resistant synthetic rubber.

3. Drying Part: The drying part is equipped with 18 φ1500 drying cylinders. The drying part is divided into 6+6+sizing machine+6 drying cylinders, a total of 3 transmission groups.

4. Reeling Part: Horizontal pneumatic.
