Pressure Screen Logic Interlock and Control System Operating Procedures

 

1. The automatic pulp inlet valve (i.e. feed pulp pump outlet valve) and the accept pulp automatic valve are in the closed state. The slag pulp valve can be closed or opened by 50%.
2. Status after the pressure screen is started: The accept pulp valve is closed. ② The slag pulp valve is opened by 50%. The flush white water valve is opened and flushed for 30 seconds and then closed.
3. The accept pulp valve is opened by 15% and enters the automatic flow adjustment after 5 seconds.
4. When the pressure difference of pressure screen is over 75kpa, the system judges that the pressure difference is large, and the pressure screen automatically enters the self-cleaning program control.
5. After the feed pulp pump or the feed white water pump stops, flushing with the white water for 30 seconds, the accept pulp valve is closed and the slag pulp valve is opened by 50%.
