1. Feeding: First add water to the 30-50% liquid level, start the main motor of the pulper, and then add water and input waste paper simultaneously to the appropriate concentration (14-16%), the liquid level will be at about 75% of the high consistency hydrapulper.
2. Pulping: main motor power runs, disintegrates the raw material about 15-20 mintues.
3. Discharge: add the water to the hydrapurger and start the main motor of it. The high consistency hydrapulper discharges the material to the hydrapurger, and the dump pump is turned on to remove the accepts. The Drum screen recovers the fibers and discharges the light impurities from the system. The Hydrapurger can also discharge heavy impurities on a regular basis.
