Chain Conveyor Installation Solution

Chain conveyor is used for conveying waste paper or pulp board to bale breaker or paper pulper in waste paper recycling line. Leizhan offer chain conveyor installation solution for customer. Chain Conveyor Installation Solution Rules

 

1. Installation of horizontal section and concave arc section frame:

First place the horizontal section and concave arc section frame of the chain conveyor on the foundation, and align it, the center line of the chain conveyor and the center of the equipment plan Align the lines, and simply fix it with the embedded plate of the foundation. After all the frames of the chain conveyor have been installed and aligned, the final permanent fixation can be done.

 

2. Installation of inclined section frame and outriggers:

First, weld each outrigger and outrigger reinforcement assembly to the pre-embedded foundation plate according to their respective positions and elevations. Since the inclined section of the chain plate machine is long, it needs to be manufactured in sections for easy transportation. Therefore, the inclined section frame needs to be assembled during on-site installation to make the inclined section a whole. Then the inclined section frame can be hoisted as a whole, and the lower longitudinal beam of the inclined section is placed on the upper rear end of the chain plate machine leg to connect with the concave arc section.

 

3. Ladder and operating platform installation:

The upper surface of the ladder longitudinal beam is connected to the upper surface of the lower longitudinal beam of the frame and welded, and the outer side of the ladder is connected to the diagonal brace and the leg of the chain conveyor.
