Main Features of Apple Screen in Pulping Line

 

1. The shell has an inverted cone design and a concave top structure, which can form a strong eddy current, and a low pressure area is formed on the top of the shell to effectively collect light impurities and discharge them out of the machine.
2. The rotor pulp chamber is higher than the bottom surface of the shell, and a low pressure area is formed around the rotor to compensate for heavy impurities.
3. 30% less impurity content in accept pulp than fiber separator.
