Headbox: the air cushion headbox controls and stabilizes the sizing head of the online slurry by controlling the gas pressure in the headbox.

 

Wire section: Single fourdrinier wire, main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, vacuum roll, drive roll, guide roll and frame, etc.

 

Press section: The first press is a K-type compound press with a vacuum suction roll, the second press and the third press are large roll diameter presses, each with two rubber-coated metal rolls.

 

Dry section: Front drying section: 24 Φ1800 drying cylinders, 8+8+8 grouped transmission. Equipped with a semi-enclosed gas hood. Rear drying section: 12 Φ1800 drying cylinders, 6+6 grouped transmission. Equipped with a semi-enclosed gas hood.

 

Reeling section: Pneumatic horizontal paper reel.
